Start with self-service

For the public beta, please check the in-app settings, legal pages, and troubleshooting options first. This helps us keep support fast while the product is still in testing.

  • Account or login: use the login screen, password reset, and email confirmation flow.
  • Account deletion: use the in-app settings or the Delete Account page.
  • Privacy: review Privacy and Privacy Choices before sending a data request.
  • Purchases: check the Purchases page and your store purchase history first.
  • Tour stuck: pause, restart the app, check location permission, and try again with a stable connection.

What to include

Send a short description, your device model, app version, language, approximate time of the issue, and screenshots if useful. Never send passwords or payment card details. For purchase issues, include the store receipt or order reference if available.
