What to do

Immediate safety always takes priority over app progress.

1. 1Stop and move to a safe, publicly accessible place.
2. 2For immediate danger, call local emergency services; GFL is not an emergency service.
3. 3End the tour if a path is closed, dangerous or private.
4. 4Only afterwards, report a non-urgent product or content problem through the relevant Safety or Legal route.
