Permission, enabled location services and GPS accuracy are separate requirements.

  1. 1Samsung or Android: Open system Settings → Apps → GFL → Permissions → Location. Allow access while using the app and precise location where available. Return to GFL and try location again. Labels may differ by Samsung or Android version.
  2. 2iPhone: Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → GFL. Allow access while using the app and enable Precise Location. These device instructions do not mean a public iOS download is already available.
  3. 3Location services off: Enable device location services and also check the GFL permission. Allowing an app does not itself enable disabled location services.
  4. 4Position missing or jumping: Wait in a safe place for a more accurate position; a clearer view of the sky may help if accessible to you. You can choose an address when planning. This does not replace live location for arrival or movement tasks.
