Purchase, activation and use are separate steps. Check the cost and confirmation in the app.

  1. 1Hint or search area: Check the displayed token cost and confirm a hint only when needed. Revealing content again may need another token. If none are available, an offered coin purchase and the subsequent use require separate confirmations.
  2. 2Skip a task: Use skip only when the app offers it for this step. Check your balance and the displayed cost, confirm once and wait for the next confirmed stop. Skipping is not solving a puzzle and does not promise a solution reward or refund.
  3. 3Double XP or coins: A purchased power-up may need activation before starting a tour. Check its assignment and status for that tour. The bonus only applies to eligible rewards; it does not create XP or coins for a task with no base reward.
  4. 4Purchase or balance missing: Open the store and inventory online with the same account and let the balance sync. Do not buy again while the first confirmation is unclear. Real-money purchases are disabled in the current test version; coin purchases are separate.
