What to do

Request fresh confirmation and reset links from the sign-in screen.

1. 1Enter your email address on the sign-in screen first.
2. 2Choose “Resend confirmation” or “Forgot password?” for the relevant problem.
3. 3Open only the newest link on the same device.
4. 4For a reset, set and confirm a new password of at least eight characters.
